7/10/25- Full Moon in Capricorn

🕊Under this Full Moon in Capricorn, my Brown Belt form in my marital arts practice of Taekwondo🥋becomes more than a sequence of movements; it transforms into a living meditation, a sacred dance that weaves discipline with spirit.  The philosophy of the Brown Belt form:  “The tree is firmly rooted in the earth.”  
This grounds me in steady strength and resilience, mirroring Capricorn’s unwavering commitment to building something lasting.  Each stance and strike reflects this deep connection to the earth while reaching upward, inviting higher wisdom and spirit to flow through my practice.  Each rooted stance mirrors Capricorn’s steady commitment to building something lasting, while the Sun in Cancer invites me to honor my emotions and intuition as I move. 
🦅The Hawk Prince energy flows through my sharp strikes and sudden insights, reminding me that higher wisdom is always available when I’m present. 
🦊The animal spirit guide of fox spirit sharpens my instincts, helping me adapt with clever grace to each subtle shift, while the animal spirit guide of 🐘Elephant with the message of “Listening”  guides me to slow down, truly hear my breath, my heartbeat, and the quiet truths beneath the surface. As I practice, I heal old patterns and ground new, empowered pathways into my body, much like the Gaia Gateway Activation calls us to do; anchoring these spiritual downloads into the earth of my being. In every chamber, block, and kick, I choose love over fear, aligning my goals with my heart’s truth.  Rooted in focus and integrity, I manifest success and embrace the rewards of my dedication, balancing heaven and earth, intuition and structure, on my path to mastery.
