Order Instructions
TO RECEIVE A READING/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Select ORDER A READING and submit payment.
2. How do I receive a reading and how long does it take?
To receive a reading, choose the type of reading from the ORDER A READING link. Once payment is received via PayPal and request confirmed via email. (note: @facebook.com is not a valid email address), I will do your reading and email you a private link to view it.
The general time frame to receive a reading is 3-7 business days. The average wait time is 3-4 business days. (excludes major United States holidays)
All readings are done in video format except the One Question Reading. The videos range from 15-25 minutes in length and I will email you a private link. All videos are kept private and never shared.
*Note- I do not do personal readings on weekends or (U.S.A.) holidays. All private readings are done Monday through Friday.* If you order a reading on a weekend, you will receive an email confirmation and it will be done the following week. I do readings in the order they are received.
2. Upon ordering, you can ask a specific question, or request a general reading. Also, check out the Sample Questions for Oracle Card Readings link for suggestions on how to ask a question for a reading. I do not charge for extra cards that come up in the reading.
3. If you order a One Question Reading, you will receive a picture of the card(s) and a detailed explanation of the cards. I will provide the reading in a PDF format and email it to you.
4. What can I expect from a reading?
You can expect to receive an honest, clear and empowering reading. I will not "sugar coat" the reading as this will compromise my integrity, ethics and being of service.
Readings are meant to guide and empower you, not "tell" you what you should do. The messages are positive and uplifting, not negative. Also, sometimes Spirit tells us what we "need to hear" and not what we want to hear.
The reading will always be in the highest good. The best way to approach a reading is with an open mind and heart. Regardless of what type of reading or what reader you seek, use your discernment to help you make healthy positive changes that are in your highest good and help you move forward on your life path.
5. *When you purchase a reading, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions along with the ORDER INSTRUCTIONS and Disclaimer.*
6. Are their any refunds?
No. The only exception would be if I were unable to do the reading due to illness. The refund would be provided through PayPal only.
7. What form of payment do you accept?
Payment is made in U.S. Dollars and via PayPal only. PayPal accepts major credit cards. (See their web site for further details. (www.paypal.com) I do not accept personal checks. *All payment details are through PayPal- I do not have access to personal payment details (i.e. credit card numbers)
Each time you purchase a reading you must go through PayPal. The only information I receive from PayPal is a receipt of the amount of the reading. PayPal has the rest of your payment details.
8. Is my personal information shared with third party sites?
No. All readings are confidential and your personal information is never shared with third party sites or anyone else. Also, I do not make private readings public.
7. What type of readings are not available?
I do not offer specific health readings. Please contact your health care provider. I do not give out lottery numbers. I do not provide any advice regarding medical conditions, legal issues, psychological disorders, financial matters, or investment opportunities, and I do not predict death. All advice for any such issues or matters should be obtained
from a qualified professional.
8. If I order a Romance reading, do you do readings for my spouse or partner?
*No I will not do Romance Reading for spouse/partner for the person I am currently providing- this is due to conflict of interest.
9. How do I make a donation?
All donations can be made by clicking on the ORDER A READING page and then clicking on the Donation button. This is done through PayPal. All donations are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
10. I don't live in the United States. What time zone are you in?
I am in North America, West Coast-California, and in the Pacific Standard Time zone. (PST)
11. Do you use more than one deck for a reading?
Yes, I do this for General readings that I offer. Also, their are times Spirit guides me to pull from other decks when a client has specified a particular deck. I will provide those messages as well, no extra charge. Again, this is if I am guided to do so. I do not use too many decks as this will muddle the reading.
